Wells Fargo is seeking a to hire 3 Senior Lead Product Managers within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of the Strategy, Digital & Innovation and Enterprise Payments team.

The Payables Product team is focused on delivering comprehensive and differentiated payables solutions centered on our clients’ key strategic business objectives – Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) optimization, working capital efficiency, innovation, and simplification.
We have one open Senior Lead Product Manager position for each of the following three Payables Payment Product verticals:
- ACH/Check - focused on Supplier, T&E, and Payroll Payments
- Wire - focused on Treasury and Intercompany Payments
- Instant Payments - focused on B2C Payouts and Gig Economy/E-commerce Payments
In this role, you will:
- Create the product strategy, value proposition, commercialization plan, and go-to-market activities within the payment product vertical, servicing a broad range of clients
- Provide product vision, direction, and expertise across all stakeholders with a focus on helping our clients achieve strategic growth objectives and solve complex problems
- Own the full scope of product P&L and accountability for growth
- Drive business case development and ensure alignment of execution including business requirements, product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
- Identify market opportunity and increase market awareness and visibility for the payment product vertical
- Drive innovation and thought leadership through industry and client engagement by leading design think workshops, publishing white papers, presenting at tradeshows/conferences, and speaking on podcasts and client events.
- Deliver a product marketing plan with key messaging and client success stories
- Engage with leaders across the enterprise, key stakeholders, subject matter experts, legal, risk, compliance, control partners, scrum masters, engineers, project managers, product owners, sales, and the delivery team
- Lead as a trusted advisor internally and externally
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

7+ years of payments experience with a focus on product management

ACH, Check, Wire, and/or Instant payments product experience

Experience as a payments product P&L owner

Experience delivering payable solutions for Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking clients

Experience with engaging and presenting at industry forums and client events

Experience with agile delivery practices
