Working in HR within an organization that builds market-leading HR technology solutions offers a unique opportunity. As a Global Mobility Partner, you will oversee seamless and compliant global mobility operations, ensuring the successful onboarding and relocation of international hires while managing risks and costs. By optimizing processes and collaborating strategically with key stakeholders, you will elevate the employee experience and strengthen the organization's talent acquisition and retention efforts.
"What You'll Do"
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage the end-to-end relocation process for international new hires and internal moves of existing employees. With passion and employee empathy you will coordinate visa and work permit processes, ensure tax compliance, and cost management.
- Partner with external vendors such as relocation agencies to navigate complex immigration cases and coordinate relocation essentials such as housing and shipping.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, by managing requirements such as social security certificates for business trips.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to provide seamless support for global mobility initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on relocations, business trips and PersonioFlex.
- Operational Enhancement:
- Revisit and improve existing processes, candidate materials and analyse market trends to improve our global mobility practices.
- Assist in designing and improving global mobility policies, ensuring alignment with Personio's business goals and industry standards.

- You have demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-volume workloads with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition is a strong advantage.
- You excel in organizational and project management skills, effectively handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You are a clear and empathetic communicator, capable of building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- You approach tasks with diligence, ensuring seamless execution of mobility initiatives.
- You are solution-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.
