Global Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Things You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns focused on different stages of the customer journey.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation processes to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create targeted segmentation strategies to ensure personalized communication to various customer groups.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to inform ongoing strategy and improvements.
- Collaborate with integrated marketing, field marketing, marketing technology insights and campaign operations teams to align messaging and promote a cohesive brand experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance lifecycle marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation platforms - Marketo experience/certification is a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate and action multiple requests at a given time
- Demonstrable experience in segmentation strategy and customer journey mapping.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and experience in performance tracking.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and communication within a global team.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
