Job Description:

The selected candidate will join the Headquarters area at Ferrovial within the Global Learning and Development Team in charge of Global L&D function and the University by Ferrovial programs. 

The Talent Department is focused on setting policies and programs to attract and develop our employees, providing value-added and innovative people management solutions to the business and employees’ needs.

Mission

Contribute to the execution of the corporate learning and development strategy and independently manage key assigned initiatives.

Functions

  • Support in the implementation, communication and logistical organization of face-to-face and virtual training, programs and events.  
  • Design and manage learning initiatives using different channels and methodologies (face to face, online, blended learning, gamification, collaborative tools, conferences, watching…), which fit with specific needs, target audiences, region, function, etc.
  • Analyze Learning & Development needs in the Organization and assist Business Unit’s HR teams to ensure the best matching between them and the learning solutions.
  • Produce and develop training content that is innovative in approach and always aligned to business priorities.
  • Research and benchmark (both internal and external) Learning & Development trends, best practices and best partners and solutions in the global market.
  • Work with external partners and HR business partners to generate learning options related to critical talent segments in the Company.
  • Review and optimize the current L&D offer. Design and update annual catalogues.
  • Boost the collaboration among Internal Experts of the Company.
  • Analyze and propose metrics that ensure effectiveness, applicability and greater impact of learning programs.

Requirements

  • University Degree.
  • Master or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
  • Prior experience ( 3-5years) in project management -ideally in learning/development projects.
  • Fluent in English (C1)
  • MS Office tools: advance (mainly Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Other tools: valuable experience with Workday & Power BI
  • Skills: analysis, high planning & organization, communication & presentation, client orientation-
