In this role, you will be part of a friendly and modern office environment where you will collaborate with a diverse team of cross functional HR Specialists, Digital team members and Workday system experts, located in different countries. You will be part of the growing ROCKWOOL Group HR team overseeing all global HR processes. The team is characterized by openness, inclusion and ambition, and there are currently two team members focused on Global HR systems and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR systems and processes, contributing to the organization’s success while collaborating in a highly ambitious and supportive environment.

What you will be doing

As the HR Processes and Systems Coordinator in ROCKWOOL’s Group HR team, you will be the primary point of contact for incoming queries from the organization.  In this role you will play a vital part in coordinating system-related development tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication, and contributing to a positive user experience for our HR systems and processes. 

You will collaborate with the HR Process & Systems Expert to develop and optimize efficient, aligned processes. You will manage the Workday Support email to resolve daily queries, support global projects, and assist with bi-annual Workday releases. You will provide Workday reporting expertise and promote self-service functionality for managers and employees. You will support testing and deployment of new functionality, including development of user guides, system role management, and data audits. You will lead Workday onboarding and training for new HR hires, and deliver ongoing training through webinars and e-learning.

You will ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems and processes, supporting system audits, process documentation, and governance. You will assist with administrative tasks for regional and country Workday experts and collaborate on HRIS projects. You will provide support for global launches and local implementations, ensuring alignment with data protection regulations.

You will also build relationships within the HR community to identify needs, suggest process improvements, and enhance user experience across our HR systems.

You can expect up to 20 days of travel per year.

What you bring

The ideal candidate has a relevant background with at least 5 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role. Experience in working within an international, decentralized, and matrix organization will be beneficial. Previous responsibilities likely include working with SAAS/cloud-based HR systems (Workday experience preferred), learning management systems,  HR processes, reporting, and analysis.

We are seeking a communicative, service-oriented, and approachable individual with a strong business mindset, who can also manage projects independently.
