We are now looking for a talented Global ERP PMO Lead to play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, creating business value and rolling out global processes and applications.
Digitalization is a cornerstone of our strategy, enabling us to drive our ambitions in growth, productivity, and sustainability. The Digital & Process Performance function serves as the transformation engine driving the upgrade of our digital core. By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity—all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.
The Digital & Process Performance (DDP) function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively. Processes & Applications focuses on modernizing core business processes, while Data & Analytics enables data-driven decision-making. Business Partnering organization supports and develops segment applications, analytics and reporting capabilities and segment-specific ERP roll-out management. IT Operations ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the Transformation Management Office drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.
This role reports to the Head of Global ERP Development & Implementation, and is preferably located in our HQ, Espoo Finland.
Responsibilities and key activities:
- Lead the global ERP rollout program management office, ensuring alignment with business objectives and parallel initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and resources across multiple regions and countries.
- Develop and implement standardized rollout methodology and processes to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Manage cross-functional internal and external teams, e.g. global business, local business, solution delivery to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate project status to senior stakeholders – escalate issues if needed.
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with ERP rollouts.
- Proven ability to manage complex global projects portfolios.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to build bridges between different cultures
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel
