Global Director of Executive Programs
Why We Have This Role
We are seeking a Global Director to oversee the strategy and orchestration of executive programs - including executive events, alignment of Qualtrics senior leadership with key strategic accounts, and collaboration with enterprise and account-based marketing teams to drive both advocacy and commercial opportunities with our biggest customers. This is a senior individual contributor role, with accountability for our executive programs globally and a talent for leading through influence to drive execution across multiple stakeholder teams.

- Expert in their field with fresh perspectives and ideas. Must have strong strategic acumen and execution skills, and a deep understanding of account-based and customer marketing, with a knack for creating memorable experiences driving commercial value through executive events, thought leadership, and account-based marketing
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics to achieve goals. Must have to scope the KPIs and measure the impact of executive programs on both awareness and commercial metrics
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills required. Must have a demonstrated ability to lead with influence, working across organizational lines and with the Qualtrics Executive team to plan and execute these programs
- Proficient in time management, navigating ambiguity, and managing multiple priorities.
- Skilled negotiator who can find innovative solutions with limited resources.
- Self-motivated, excellent communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
How You’ll Grow

- Metrics and Impact Analysis: Sharpen analytical skills by managing KPIs and measuring the effectiveness of executive programs.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Foster strong networking skills and customer relationship management by working closely with diverse stakeholders.
Things You’ll Do
- Own building a Qualtrics hosted and third party event roadmap aimed at executive audiences at our strategic accounts. Key objectives for these events are driving advocacy, engagement and opportunities for pipeline and revenue across our strategic accounts globally
- Work closely with our event center of excellence on the planning and execution of global and regional executive events, including agenda development, speaker recruitment, and program management
- Work closely with our XM Institute (thought leadership) and Brand teams to develop specific content for an executive audience
- In collaboration with field and event marketing, host experience days and executive networking events at our Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs)
- Lead on the strategy and planning our executive tracks at our X4 events in Salt Lake, London, and Sydney
- Align Qualtrics executive champions to our strategic accounts and involve them in key events, thought leadership and account-based marketing motions
- Work closely with field marketing as well as the Office of the CEO to structure and support executive involvement
- Identify customer executives who are willing to become reference customers, working with Customer Marketing to add advocates and case studies to our customer evidence database
- Manage to KPIs that measure the advocacy, new pipeline, and influenced opportunities generated by executive programs
- Be part of the Field & Demand Gen Leadership Team globally, providing guidance and advice as an expert in your craft, supporting the growth of strategic accounts, pipeline, and revenue.
- Provide regular updates and reports on Executive programme to Qualtrics Executive and Marketing leadership
- Work in tandem with Global Field Marketing and Demand Generation teams to ensure executive programs are aligned with regional growth strategics
- Also work closely with sales, product marketing, and marketing centers of excellence (digital, events, content) teams to ensure cohesive focus and implementation of strategy
What We’re Looking For On Your CV
- We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, specifically in the field, events, and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- This individual should have a proven track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
- Finally, the ability to travel globally is required for this position (25% travel).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Excellent copywriting skills for promotional emails, invitations and other event related materials
- Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Wordpress, Coda, Qualtrics and event management software
