How you will make an impact:

Audit and update information in the Global Job Description System.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of job descriptions across the organization.

Review compensation-related articles on the intranet (myHR) and enhance the searchability and layout of articles for better user experience.

Update Global Supply Chain and Quality playbook with market and plant-specific data.

Conduct ad hoc analysis and manage projects related to compensation.
What you'll need (required):

Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited University for the entire duration of their internship.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Finance, Economics, HR, Psychology, or related fields.

Must graduate December 2025 or later.

Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent)

Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer.

Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.

Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000.00 to $72,000.00 (highly experienced).
