As an Associate Executive Hiring Coordination Lead within the Global Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our executive search function and supporting the recruitment of some of the most senior and complex hires across the firm. You will lead the development of reporting mechanisms, manage data processes, and ensure material consistency for senior stakeholder meetings. Your expertise will drive enhanced vendor engagement and foster collaboration with internal teams to align executive search activities with our organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee reporting mechanisms to provide insights into market trends and executive search activities
  • Oversee data management processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for decision-making
  • Create and ensure consistency of materials for senior stakeholder meetings, including market mapping, progress updates and impactful market intelligence
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including statements of work, invoicing, and supporting performance reviews
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate efficient and effective search processes and ensure exec hiring activity is communicated effectively to related teams
  • Work with senior leaders and HR business partners to align search activities with organizational goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the executive search function
  • Contribute to and lead Executive Hiring Projects and supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as appropriate


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in executive search coordination
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
