Job Description
Within Ubisoft's international headquarters, you will join the Administrative Department, specifically the team dedicated to the general accounting of Global Publishing and mobile activities.
Reporting to the General Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Participation in monthly, semi-annual, and annual reporting (statutory accounts and IFRS);
- Preparation of daily bank reconciliation statements;
- Filing of French and foreign VAT returns;
- Preparation of tax returns such as CFE, CVAE, and C3S;
- Preparation of files for the auditors;
- Intercompany reconciliation.
Qualifications
- You have solid knowledge in the field of accounting and financial management;
- You have gained initial experience as a general accountant in an accounting firm or ideally in an international company;
- You are known for your rigor, attention to detail, organization, and your proactive role within a team;
- You also have a sensitivity to harmonizing procedures and applying audit methodologies in your daily work;
- Your professional level of English allows you to write emails and engage in oral communication;
- Dynamic, approachable, and adaptable, you are not afraid to join a challenging and changing environment;
- You have a good command of Excel;
- Knowledge of the ERP Peoplesoft is a plus.

Recruitment Process
[30 minutes] : phone call with a Recruiter.
[60 minutes] : visio interview with a manager and a Recruiter.
[60 minutes] : interview with N+2 level.
