GBS HR Manager
About the Role
At Essity, is responsible for managing and delivering, in an effective and cost-efficient way established operational HR administration and processes including payroll, HR Administration, Time Management, Car Administration and Reporting for their geographical area of responsibility ensuring that all HR services, systems, procedures and reporting comply with relevant regulations. The HR service manager is also responsible for measuring, follow-up and implement continuous improvement based on customer satisfaction surveys.
The position is regional (Chile, Brasil, Argentina, Perú, Bolivia) and you will report to the GBS Director HR Services.

What You Will Do

Responsible for delivering all services as specified in the corresponding actual service catalogue

Responsible for excellent day to day service delivery for the global service area by using continuous improvement, service management, performance management and LEAN methodology into the operational processes

Manage payroll & time services

Make decisions that are largely operational in nature, implementing and maintaining the policies and processes for the employment & payroll area

Always ensures good engagement with customers and that all solutions and processes put the customers at the center

Ensure compliance with company and local statutory rules, regulations and procedures incl. relevant privacy regulations

Contributes to development of new and/or improved services, tools and processes through participation in projects and initiatives

Accountable for budget and to secure good cost management within own responsibility area

Accountable for customer satisfaction and continuous efficiency improvements in own area Responsible to secure close cooperation between the different organizational units across the matrix organization

Responsible to establish and maintain an effective communication with customers and key stakeholders, within matrix and own organization

Main point of contact with the local HR organization

Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the team/multiple teams by performing the employee management process for staff
.Who You Are
-
University Degree or equivalent within relevant practice.

7+ years professional experience from building and leading a HR service management organization is a merit.

Payroll and Employee Administration knowledge

Experience in operational payroll processing

High sense of stakeholder management

Good communication skills
-
Experience and knowledge in digital tools and ways of working (Office 365 required, Workday is an advantage)

Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including GDPR, workflow maturity and end-to-end architectural design analysis for continuous improvement.

Internal customer focused with focus on service management

Excellent leadership skills, demonstrated success in leading and developing others in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.

Strong interpersonal skills; must be a successful “networker” and able to maintain effective relationships, both internally and externally.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must (interviews will be in English)

Travelling may be required.
