Core Responsibilities

Lead and manage the development of Roblox games and experiences from concept to live operations, ensuring high-quality standards.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including art, design, engineering, marketing, and legal, to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining brand integrity.

Liaise with external development studios or freelancers, providing clear direction, feedback, and support.

Monitor analytics and player feedback to iterate and improve live experiences post-launch, while supporting the Product Lead on tracking objectives and key results.

Stay up to date with Roblox platform updates, trends, and standard processes to drive innovation.

As a Roblox Game Producer, you’ll be part of a team that is responsible for the end-to-end production of branded experiences on the Roblox platform. You will work closely with internal partners, external developers, and platform partners to ensure timely delivery of engaging, on-brand, and innovative experiences that drive community engagement and align with our strategic goals.
Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?

Proven experience in game production, project management, or interactive media.

1+ years of hands-on experience producing games or experiences on Roblox.

Strong understanding of Roblox Studio, UGC systems, and monetization models.

Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with external developers or studios, including contract management.
Nice to have

Experience in brand marketing, licensing, or entertainment industries.

Familiarity with Lua scripting and Roblox-specific technical requirements.

Knowledge of user engagement metrics and experience with live ops.
