Job Description

Are you passionate about creating valuable healthcare solutions? Our client is a leading cloud contact center platform offering advanced tools for call routing, analytics, and automation. On behave of our client, we are looking for a skilled Epic EHR Application Developer to join the integrations team and help drive the development and optimization of the integration with Epic and Electronic Health Record applications.
In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain high-impact integrations within the Epic EHR system. Using your JavaScript expertise and experience with virtual desktop environments, you’ll deliver user-friendly, efficient solutions that empower healthcare customers to provide better patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Epic EHR applications using JavaScript and popular frameworks like React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Work on integrating Epic with other systems and third-party apps, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
• Create intuitive, effective user interfaces for Epic applications that meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
• Partner with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to gather insights and deliver tailored solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Epic apps, JavaScript code, and virtual desktop environments.
• Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. 
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in Epic EHR technology, JavaScript frameworks, and virtual desktop tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of JavaScript experience, especially with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience working with Epic EHR systems, including APIs, development tools, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Basic back-end Java development experience, with knowledge of building server-side solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
