The Role
As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our rapidly growing B2B SaaS product in the GRC industry. You’ll work closely with product designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to build intuitive, high-performance web applications that simplify complex compliance workflows
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend applications.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the platform.
- Work closely with product and design teams to translate ideas into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Optimize frontend code for speed, usability, and scalability.
- Implement and maintain frontend testing frameworks to ensure stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in building modern web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React (or similar frameworks), and state management patterns.
- Experience in building and working with component-based design systems.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building delightful user experiences.
- Bonus: Familiarity with our tech stack: Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, AWS.
