Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that exceptional customer service is being delivered to our customers through Front Office interaction via payments, bill inquiries, service issues, handling equipment returns and completing general office duties.
- Assist in product training for new products and ongoing product education.
- Strive for leadership in local market area. Advocate for local involvement and be an example of ALLO awesomeness.
- Coordinate and facilitate biweekly front office meetings - Assist in annual and semi-annual reviews, coordinate with manager for completion
- Refer disciplinary actions/concerns to the front office manager.
- Manage coverage for all offices. Coordinate with inside sales when applicable to make sure phone coverage is adequate when they are pulled for coverage.
- Be the single point of contact for daily needs. Engage manager when needed.
- Schedule one on one meetings with front office staff 1x/every other week for 15 minutes.
- Schedule 30 minutes per week with the front office manager for an update.
- Coordinate and schedule office visits in Lincoln and Hastings when needed with the front office manager (typically quarterly).
- Approve timecards.
- Review processes and work towards a seamless delivery across all markets.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the front office manager.
- Assist in developing a front office training plan.
EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of ALLO Front Office experience.

Additional supervisory experience is preferred
