Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of two R&D facilities at the CRISP campus, serving approximately 175 employees. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and employees, and is responsible for managing front desk operations, site access, facility coordination, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, providing professional and courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors.

  • Enforce site access procedures and report safety or security concerns as necessary.

  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor activities, and work orders in collaboration with site management.

  • Administer employee onboarding tasks, including badge issuance and orientation support.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supply procurement.

  • Assist with event planning and on-site logistics, including setup and coordination.

  • Support purchasing and invoicing processes in alignment with internal protocols.

  • Collaborate with local site teams and headquarters to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, reception, or office coordination role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems and processes.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and a high degree of discretion.
