The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations but we can promise that every day with us will bring new challenges and keep you from falling into a routine.
We are seeking someone who will not only ensure a great atmosphere in the office, but also be a collaborator in generating and implementing ideas for our social events in Lithuania and abroad, working with our international offices by helping to improve the administration in all our offices in our 20+ countries.
You will:
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for our staff, vendors, and clients;
- Maintain files, office supplies, and organization of entire Vilnius and Kaunas office area;
- Manage/schedule business trips/order tickets;
- Assist on HR matters, such as contracts drafting, work supply preparation, accounts, perks for Employees administration;
- Organize social activities locally and internationally;
- Assist with general administrative documentation, such as archiving, ensuring correct and timely signing of documents, invoices split, etc.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Lithuanian and English;
- College or University degree (can be a fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time);
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
- Great communication skills;
- Reliability, diligence, and attention to details;
- The ability to manage pressure;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and workload;
- Pro-active approach to problem solution, „can do“ attitude;
- Relevant job experience is a plus.
