Job Summary

The IT FP&A Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for delivery to senior leadership team within the IT organization. Partner with IT and identify critical cost levers which drive business performance; provide senior management with recommendations designed to improve operating results.  The successful candidate will be customer, creative and solution oriented, while delivering timely and high-quality results and able to pursue multiple concurrent initiatives.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Develop dynamic reporting and key business metrics; explore and implement predictive analytic tools.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis efforts by the FP&A Team.
  • Create financial models and perform analysis for business leaders and finance management to support decision making.
  • Support business owners in the development of cost benefit analyses.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Complete special projects and other similar financial planning and analysis duties as assigned by Vice President - FP&A.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Finance or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related Business area, MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Strong accounting foundation required.
  • 3+ years of financial and/or accounting experience including progression to include responsibility for budgeting, planning, forecasting and management reporting.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office products (PowerBI a plus).
  • SAP experience highly desired.

The Compensation range for this role is 58,680.00 - 117,361.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
