The First Line Sales Manager (FLSL) Multiple Myeloma (MM) will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and market share goals for the launch of a new medicine in the multiple myeloma therapeutic area. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, customer engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:

Coaching the field sales team to select and prioritize appropriate customer targets and develop robust, effective, and efficient territory coverage call plans, monitoring implementation through KPIs.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market share growth in MM.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.

Monitor and manage sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hematologists and other healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Participate in the development and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational programs.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
-
University Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
-
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably in oncology or hematology.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth, combined with launch experience ideally
-
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Fluency in both Greek & English languages
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

In-depth knowledge of multiple myeloma and treatment options

MBA or advanced degree

Ability to influence, impact others

An aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format
