Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the technical and business aspects of the solutions portfolio
- Provide ongoing technical and business presales support to the sales team by identifying and addressing technical needs
- Design technical solutions for Bids/RFP submissions
- Monitor solution implementation progress and coordinate with the services delivery team
- Develop and share technical documentation with management, sales, and delivery teams
- Provide insights on technology trends, target clients, and competition analysis
- Map proprietary products and solutions to regional business sectors to identify new opportunities
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies
- Manage the complete lifecycle of the solutions portfolio
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in the IT industry (Systems Integration) or Banking Institutions (IT/Operations Department)
- University degree in Computer Science or Electrical & Computer Engineering
- MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or an MBA is a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of information systems, methodologies, technologies, and tools
- Experience in Transaction Automation Systems and Solutions is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language
