About the role
Assist the Sales Finance Manager in the preparation of financial analysis, profitability reports and forecasting to support the business strategy and to drive profitability and revenue growth.
Key deliverables will include Budget/ forecast management, ACM preparation, pricing & margin control, profitability analysis.
What you’ll do in the role
Budget/Forecast management:
- Manage the dilution matrix, collect the necessary data for Budget & forecast. Upload to Hyperion form.
- Ensures on-invoice and post-invoice conditions, or any other customer’s specific expense are fully and accurately considered in the margins.
- Control ASPs in the Forecast
- Assist on updating Topline report.
Sales control, dilutions and pricing:
- Produce ACM reports associated with Brand details and comments.
- Review dilutions trends vs forecast and PY. Prepare periodical report providing key changes, special customer programs and impact on profitability.
- Control ASPs (average selling price) vs Forecast and PY.
- Support trade management controls and processes.
- Maintain price lists
- Lead periodical reviews with Sales Directors.
Ad hoc analysis & projects:
- Maintain COGS pricing with latest freight, cost and duty assumptions
- Continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Work on cross-functional business teams to support key initiatives.
- Support testing of new systems.
What will help you do the job well
Essential:
- University master’s degree equivalent is required, MBA or other advanced degree in Controlling or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
- Excitement about joining a mid-size yet growing company with fast-growing brands!
- Min 5 years of controlling / FP&A experience in a FMCG type of company
- Mastery in Excel, strong experience of Power BI, Tableau or equivalent database management tools.
Ad hoc analysis & projects:
- Maintain COGS pricing with latest freight, cost and duty assumptions
- Continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Work on cross-functional business teams to support key initiatives.
- Support testing of new systems.
