YOUR ROLE
Be part of our mission to build a world-class finance engine that powers operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions. This role is ideal for someone seeking a high-intensity environment with significant exposure to senior leadership. As an FP&A Intern, you will work directly with the FP&A team and the CFO on diverse financial initiatives, contributing to the core of our finance operations and decision-making processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Modeling:
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Conducting scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
- Cash Management:
- Assisting in managing cash flow forecasts across entities and jurisdictions.
- Monitoring liquidity, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Reporting:
- Preparing and analyzing periodic financial reports to provide insights to senior management.
- Strategic Finance Projects:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive implementation and track results of financial strategies.
- Business Partnering:
- Collaborating with various departments (accounting, treasury, commercial, supply chain, …) to achieve Razor’s objectives and goals together.
YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in this role, you:
- Are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Have at least 6 months of professional experience in finance or consulting, such as FP&A, business partnering, management consulting, venture capital, or business development.
- Are passionate about finance and strategy, eager to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing scale-up with global operations.
- Possess financial knowledge of how a P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements work.
- Have experience in financial modeling in Excel and are comfortable with key financial concepts, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Thrive in dynamic and entrepreneurial environments, enjoy working independently, and have a willingness to learn in fast-paced settings. You also enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
- Are business fluent in English.
