Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Financial Control & Reporting Manager to join our team. This role includes preparing financial reports in accordance with IFRS, performing analytical reviews, managing external relationships, and overseeing the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, and strong expertise in financial reporting, controls, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly stand-alone financial reports and notes in accordance with IFRS, ensuring timely and accurate financial close.
- Supervise and lead the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with local regulations, and streamlined processes.
- Conduct monthly analytical reviews of financial statements and report findings to management.
- Perform financial statements controls, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary actions.
- Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely financial reporting.
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.
- Follow up on Group updates related to accounting policies, assess their effects on financials, and communicate these effects to related entities.
- Enhance reporting processes within the 1C accounting system.
- Prepare detailed management reports on projects and segment performances.
- Support the monitoring of covenants and undertakings under financing agreements and take necessary actions as needed.
- Translate financial data into meaningful information for end-users, providing clear insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in IFRS reporting and strong experience with the 1C accounting system.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent time management abilities.
- Work experience in one of the Big Four audit firms is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
