The Staff Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting various key finance areas within the business. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role provides accurate, data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. Responsibilities include supporting financial planning and analysis activities to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

• Analyze and communicate key metrics and drivers against historical data, budget, forecast, and strategic plan.
• Support financial planning activities to develop challenging yet achievable strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and results.
• Assist field operations in analyzing their financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying trends and variances to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Carry out special projects as required.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/CPA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional business acumen and solid financial skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
