Financial Modelling - Conducts all types of financial analysis such as Cash Flow, P&L, and NPV to support real estate transactions for occupiers i.e., lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals, provisions calculations, etc.

- BSC or BA degree in Economic or a quantitative subject

- English (professional)
Required skills for filling the position:
- Strong Excel and modelling skills.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Great attention to detail, diligent and focused.
- Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritize and juggle between tasks.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and/or training.
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining complex models is an advantage.
- Power BI / another BI tool knowledge is a plus.
- Natural problem solver
Responsibilities of the job-holder:
- Conducts all types of financial analysis such as Cash Flow, P&L, and NPV to support real estate transactions for occupiers i.e., lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals, provisions calculations, etc.
- Building and testing models to provide decision-making support to our clients on their business / real-estate strategies as well as improving the efficiency of existing models.
- Liaising with internal and external clients to develop an understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Preparing and presenting reports to be distributed to senior management and clients.
- Create bespoke analysis and tool to answer client’s specific requirements
