Essential Responsibilities

• Creating financial and operational reports for better visibility and accuracy,

• Analyzing report results and supporting decision making through meaningful analytics,

• Supporting business operation by establishing insightful analysis, liaise/work together with Finance and Operational decision makers.

Desired characteristics

• Education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration,

• Basic experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration,

• Ability to deliver constantly precise, accurate, and reliable work,

• Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link actual financial results to operational plans, detecting anomalies and supporting decisions for improvement

• Comfortable with large volumes of data,

• Ability to work self-sufficiently if needed,

• Intermediate Excel knowledge,

• Very good communication skills in English & Hungarian both verbal and written,

• Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others,

• Team player: able to work across different teams and contribute to a positive environment.
