Your new team    This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. You will be responsible for 
•    Preparing and submitting the Monthly Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Forecasting and Budgeting for Americas & Europe Travel Retail 
•    Supporting with delivery of all reporting packs to management 
•    Working on process changes to improve the quality and efficiency of the reporting
•    Acting as a senior business partner to the wider Finance team, GTR HQ, Marketing and Sales teams
•    Taking active part in projects implementation (local and PRHQ projects ex. Polaris, MDH, Volume to Value, etc)

Your unique contribution    You will have 3 main area’s of responsibility:

Monthly Reporting & Forecasting:

•    Responsible for building up financial actuals & forecast for entities within the region on a monthly basis, delivering both monthly reporting & support 18-month forecasting cycle.
•    Timely and accurately monthly reporting submission (Reporting submission & packs), ensure month end accruals are prepared timely and accurately.
•    Maintain backups for audit trail.
•    Ensure Standard Operating procedures are updated and developed to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Variance Analysis
•    Regularly review actuals against expectations and provide explanations of deviations or adverse trends.
•    Provide ad hoc financial and process analysis to support management decision
•    Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of financial planning process, accuracy and assumptions that underpin forecasts while maintaining alignment with the ways of working.

Stakeholder Support:
•    Maintain and review Advertising & Promotional files with multiple marketing stakeholders.
•    Follow up with Operations and Financial Accounting teams to document assumptions incorporated within month end & forecasting.

•    Ensure close liaison with key stakeholders so latest trade agreements/price increases are reflected in the submission 
•    Support B/Sheet reconciliations & cash forecasting.

Your blend of Talent:
    This position could be right for you if you:

•    Have a degree in finance or part/qualified ACCA/CIMA with practical experience in management accounting and finance
•    Experience in ERP/HFM systems
•    Strong excel, power point and power pivots 
•    Strong analytical acumen
•    Attention to details and ability to drive results
•    Able to self-manage, problem solving and organizational skills 
•    Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment amidst tight deadlines and changing priorities
•    Ability to communicate clearly and create collaborative relationships with team, peers and key stakeholders
