Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
- Conduct financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Calculate payroll bonuses with accuracy and align them with performance metrics.
- Collect, manage, and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee general reporting processes and deliver actionable financial insights.
- Manage profit-sharing arrangements with carrier partners, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Lead the Agency Support Team, focusing on Licensing, Carrier Appointments, and Data Systems.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and carrier appointment requirements.
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability through financial and operational strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience with EXCEL features such as Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, VBA, and Macros
- Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills, team player, excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
The expected salary range for this position is between:
$102,300.00 - $133,900.00
The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
