- Ensure accurate and timely payments by monitoring and controlling the finance team’s daily operations.
- Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and completeness in accordance with SOP.
- Monitor expenses, analyze costs, pricing, and variable contributions.
- Manage forecasting and cash flow management.
- Perform month-end finance closing activities accurately and on time.
- Liaise with and manage matters related to bank accounts.
- Address financial issues and respond to inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Conduct reviews, evaluations, and implement process improvements in finance processes, policies, cost reduction, and efficiency.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and supervision for finance team members.
- Represent the finance function in cross-functional teams and external engagements, collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Support the direct supervisor, head of division, or team with ad-hoc or project-based tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Finance field.
- Experience with overseas companies and familiarity with SaaS is an advantage.
- Proficient in accounting software and internet banking portals.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in verbal and written English communication (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
- Independent and critical thinker with confidence and assertiveness.
- Exceptional leadership, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting deadlines.
