We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and accurate execution of payroll processes. In this role, you’ll manage critical payroll activities while ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for permanent and freelance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure compliance with PPh 21 tax regulations, addressing tax requirements and resolving any payroll-related discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage payroll data, benefits, and statutory obligations efficiently.

• Maintain and update employee records with a meticulous focus on detail, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

Key Skills & Requirements

• At least 3 years of payroll experience; experience in a payroll services company is preferred.

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and PPh 21 regulations for both permanent (TER) and non-employee

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
