Key responsibilities:
Disburse Vendor Payments
- Prepare manual voucher payments
- Submit voucher payments for approval
- Upload the automatic payment file from SAP
- Handle payment fallouts
Financial Risk Management
- Handle cash pooling set-up
- Handle manual cash pooling for non-pool
- Perform cash flow & cash position forecasting
- Handle cash positioning
- Handle hedging
- Handle intercompany FX deal
- Handle FX exposure
- Provide FX rate to commercial finance
Banking and Cash Management
- Cash management and transaction processing
- Handle banks and accounts
- Handle in-house bank accounts for subsidiaries
- Handle updates to in-house banks
- Handle petty cash
- Handle financial payments
- Handle wire transfer processing
- Handle cheque issuance
- Handle short-term investments (Time Deposit)
Monitoring cash application
- Evaluate post receivables cash entries (journals)
- Resolve unapplied cash/credits
Manage travel and expenses
- Handle reimbursement process
- Handle original receipts
Responsible for Invoicing Process
- Maintain and review PO, Delivery Note and other documents
- Prepare commercial invoice and tax invoice
- Send the commercial invoice to the customers
Others
- Complete periodic Global Reporting Requirements, such as AICO and Bwise
- Involve in all Lonza Global Projects & Improvements
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance/Accounting
- Proven experience in Finance, AP, AR
- Proficiency in SAP systems, Windows & Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with a multinational company environment is an advantage
- Ability to collaborate effectively and solve problems efficiently.
