Verisure is looking for a commercially minded, forward-thinking Finance Director to lead the financial agenda in Norway. Based in Oslo and reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be a core member of a dynamic, entrepreneurial Management Team — partnering closely with strong leaders committed to meaningful impact. This is a rare opportunity to act as the MD’s right hand, owning the full P&L and helping shape the future of a purpose-driven, high-growth business.

This role goes beyond traditional finance. You’ll step into the heart of a fast-scaling B2C subscription business, delivering services that keep our customers safe. By working cross-functionally, you’ll turn strategic and operational insights into tangible commercial outcomes — from pricing and customer economics to growth plans and performance management.

You’ll also contribute to regional and global initiatives, playing a key role in the Nordic finance cluster and Group Finance community. Whether you’re an experienced Finance Director or a high-performing finance leader ready for the next step, this role offers autonomy, visibility, and the chance to grow your impact.
