You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (IL6S) processes and culture.
You help with the development of the IL6S program, working with the core team to constantly improve capabilities and ensure the process quality.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Get expertise in equipment technologies
  • Executing IL6S plan in his area
  • Develop continuously skills of core team
  • Execute corrective and preventive tasks of core team
  • Perform low cost improvement and maintenance Capex
  • Replicate AM strategies to core team
  • Owns the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and has deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; owns the R&M budget of the line
  • Coaching and training operators and helping them in trouble shooting, root causing and building preventive measure to avoid repeated breakdowns
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and improve departmental performance


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and min. intermediate level of English language knowledge is additional benefit
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
  • Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
  • Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
  • Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools is an advantage,
  • Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
  • Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
