Job Description:
You as a Finance CSS (FCSS) Learning and Development Lead (O2C) will be a part of the Hitachi Energy based in Modderfontein, Gauteng, South Africa. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the training provision and delivery for AR, Credit and PMD within FCSS as well as contributing to L&D topics for the broader FCSS Organization and the Corporate Controlling Function.
Your responsibilities:
- Creating and executing learning strategies, programs and syllabus for AR, Credit and PMD
- Evaluating individual and organizational development needs across AR
- Implementing various learning methods globally (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assessing the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Helping managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Managing Training content and AR training materials on HEs L&D platforms
- Maintaining and running AR, Credit and PMD domain specific induction programs
- Supporting the development of L&D in the “digital” space for AR
- Supporting L&D where needed for the broader FCSS Organization and the Corporate Controlling Function.
- Tracking budgets and negotiate contract.

Background
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Solid knowledge of AR, Credit and PMD principles, policies and procedures
- 5+ years of experience in AR, including supervisory experience in shared services
- Solid SAP S4/HANA knowledge
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Proficient to learning management systems, including HEs chosen platforms
- E2E process knowledge and understanding of HEs existing business models
- Understanding of internal control environment and setup
- Pragmatic thinking and strategic orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
