  • Job Summary: Manage and maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Experience with enterprise accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles is required.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring monthly closure within prescribed timelines.
    • Record and reconcile applicable taxes on invoices (TDS and GST).
    • Ensure timely payment to vendors and statutory dues.
    • Collaborate with other departments for accurate and timely financial information.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
    • Assist in budget and financial forecast preparation.
    • Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders in Workday
    • Maintain purchase orders
    • Communication between stakeholders regarding POs and Invoices
    • Assist in create and maintaining projects in Workday
    • Prepare monthly and year-end PO accruals
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Workday accounting software is a plus.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong understanding of accounting standards, principles, and practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
