Coordinates and implements a broad range of projects and business functions on behalf of CSG Administration as well as CSG Division Leadership. These efforts support the implementation of the operational and strategic plan, financial performance relative to budget, annual goals, and business objectives. Works closely with the leadership team to ensure successful planning and implementation for identified strategic and operational goals. Oversees operational budgeting, compensation planning and plan compliance, data integrity and analysis, and expense management functions.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced knowledge of health care administration acquired through a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration or Masters of Business Administration preferred.
- Three years of previous leadership experience in healthcare management, analytics, and/or consulting preferred.
- Strong financial and analytical knowledge and ability.
- Strong interpersonal, organization, communication and presentation skills to communicate with diverse groups, facilitate project teams, resolve conflicts, and present recommendations.
- Independent judgment with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to problem solve, make decisions, formulate reports, perform statistical analysis, and interpret statistical data.
- Advanced skills in use of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access programs with experience generating reports from clinical data systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill to effectively interact with operational leaders, physicians, and staff as well as other health system personnel, leaders and the community.
