About the Accounting Team:
The operational accounting team is responsible for the transactional side of the company’s accounting team. This includes tasks such as processing customer invoices, applying customer payments, and processing vendor invoices.
The impact you’ll have:

Process and apply customer payments

Support billing process

Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) for NYC billing

Support FP&A initiatives
What we’re looking for:

Strong attention to detail

Currently enrolled in accounting coursework

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay – This role’s base pay is $22/hr. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
Benefits - Temporary employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary employees are eligible for accrued sick time. Temporary employees may be eligible to participate in the 401k if they meet the hours required of the plan.
