Core Responsibilities

As our Finance Analytics & Insights Enablement Lead, you will drive scalable and automated solutions that improve data reliability and accessibility for either Compliance, External Reporting & Business Service Organization teams or Finance Partnering & FP&A teams, tailoring your approach to their specific needs. Your role will include:

  • Develop automated, standardized data processes to maintain high reliability and quality, minimizing manual reporting efforts.

  • Equip CFO organization functions with the right data, tools, and insights, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities while enabling the entire LEGO Group to enhance the value of financial data.

  • Strengthen critical finance processes by implementing accurate, automated data flows, supporting financial planning and ensuring compliance in external reporting (e.g., ESG, Consolidation).

  • Contribute to the Data Strategy (Nexus Transition) and ERP Transformation, ensuring alignment with LEGO Group priorities.

  • Build a robust data infrastructure that supports Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities.

  • Guide and support a team of two, helping them navigate Analytics & Insights challenges and effectively deliver on business needs.

You will be part of the Corporate Finance, Systems, Analytics, and Insights team, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of financial data across the organization. This role plays a critical part in strengthening data foundations, consolidating data and publishing, and delivering clear, actionable insights through effective visualization. You will also help advance digital transformation initiatives, integrating data and AI to enhance financial decision-making and efficiency!

Do you have what it takes?

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Analytics & Insights Enablement Lead (Senior Manager) with a strong background in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate will have few years' experience in analytics and insights roles. In Addition, you have:

  • Data Engineering: Expertise in building and maintaining reliable data infrastructure using tools like SQL and Databricks for big data processing and collaborative analytics.

  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficiency in translating data into actionable data models using Power BI to drive insights that deliver business value.

  • Automation: Experience in automating routine reporting and data processes using Databricks along with scripting languages like Python & DAX or equivalent experience.

  • Data Governance: Ensuring data quality, compliance, and adherence to standards.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Finance Insights & Analytics, Finance Partnering & FP&A, or Compliance and Business Services. A background in managing cross-functional projects, coordinating across diverse teams, and ensuring timely execution would be valuable.
