What you’ll be doing:
You will share responsibility for raising and receipting of purchase orders in a timely manner, adhering to policies and procedures at all times. You will also be required to liaise with suppliers and internal managers where necessary.
You will provide support for ensuring that the Contract workforce of c. 180 people are paid accurately and on time, whilst ensuring all internal sign off and approval processes are adhered to. You will also calculate payroll payments as required e.g. overtime and other additional payments.
This role is being offered as an 18 month fixed term contract.
What we are looking for:
Ideally, you will have previous administration experience or, as a minimum, experience of dealing with Google or Excel spreadsheets.
Your verbal and written communication skills will be of a high standard, with the ability to work under your own initiative with good time management and able to manage your own workload, respecting the importance of confidentiality, as you will be dealing with employees' personal data.
