Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?

  • Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, to match invoices

  • Manage the GRIR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) Process  

  • Maintain PO Compliance for the site 

  • Dealing with purchase ledger and sales ledger invoice queries with the assistance of stakeholders

  • Conduct weekly and monthly Supplier Invoicing  

  • Maintain databases used for the Management Accounts purposes  

  • Data collection & reconciliation to support projects 

  • Assist with Payroll processing and Purchase Card reconciliations

What are we looking for?

  • Entry Level position with ideally experience working in the financial sector

  • Strong organisation skills to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed with set deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google sheets and applications

  • Workday knowledge would be an advantage

  • GCSE (5 A-C to include Maths & English)

  • Studying or applying to study AAT
