Responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues, planning tasks and solutions, and managing team budgets and resources to meet profitability, productivity, and growth targets. The role also involves reporting team accomplishments and productivity to management and ensuring alignment with customer and program requirements.

Supervise and support Residential Energy Auditors, Technicians, Crew Leads, and Field Representatives.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality and performance.

Provide updates to managers and coordinate employee certifications per program guidelines.

Solve technical issues of moderate complexity with minimal supervision.

Contribute to project milestones and apply technical standards and principles effectively.

Represent the program locally, engaging customers and contractors to drive participation.
