We are looking for a talented individual...

To join as a Field Representative! You will be responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. This role will be supporting multiple residential energy efficiency program offerings, predominantly in the retail market space.

  • Build relationships – As a brand ambassador, this role depends on building rapport with retail store managers, employees and customers. You will educate on promotional items, program highlights and program eligibility
  • Be responsible for your own work – though part of a larger team, this role offers a high level of autonomy in how you conduct your business to achieve client goals
  • Manage your own schedule – create logical routes and daily schedules between your stores that maximize your efficiency
  • Drive consistency between your assigned locations – ensure a uniform presentation of promotional materials
  • Workshop outreach tactics -- innovate fresh ways to assist your retail partners in their understanding of and ability to communicate program offerings
  • Plan and attend events -- bolster the programs’ marketplace representation and customer awareness through event planning, coordination and presentations on program offerings
  • Identify improvement barriers and critical information to fellow team members, channel delivery and Program Manager
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals

Exciting candidates will have…

  • 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in account management, retail leadership, brand ambassadorship, event planning, preferred
  • Reliable transportation – this role will require you to use your own vehicle to travel between stores (~75 miles/day), reimbursed as well as for tolls.
  • Cell Phone allowance
  • Work assigned tablet provided

Target Compensation:

$29 / hr

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
