The Field Product Manager will lead market analysis, monitor competition, execute marketing strategies, support sales teams, and drive customer engagement for product adoption.

What you will do
- Lead market mapping to identify opportunities, map regional KOLs, and gather account-level insights, including install base and competitor data
- Monitor market activity, competition, and win/loss trends to refine growth strategies.
- Track and analyze key business metrics to measure marketing effectiveness
- Anticipate and adapt to emerging customer segments and market trends.
- Support data-driven decision-making with performance analysis and modeling. Identify and develop regional KOLs through tailored marketing programs.
- Execute the Annual Regional Marketing Plan with HQ Marketing and Regional Sales.
- Develop programs to drive customer awareness, preference, and product adoption. Provide marketing materials, training resources, and sales tools for regional teams.
- Share best practices across marketing and sales teams.
- Align and engage sales teams to execute marketing strategies.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree required + MBA preferred
- 5+ years of medical device experience preferred
- Sales or marketing experience preferred
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
Travel Percentage: 70%
