What you'll do:
- Assist with site and page audits to ensure compliance and design standards, leading to a digital workplace that's beneficial to internal stakeholders.
- Respond to and assist site owners with basic questions, working with the Digital Workplace team on more difficult solutions.
- Counsel stakeholders on best practices and recommend proper webparts to achieve desired outcome within the brand and design guidelines.
- Manage shared mailbox and handle Tier 1 requests for assistance.
- Periodically evaluate access to materials used by client-facing teams to meet access controls requirements across client specific sites.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Information Technology, Knowledge Services and other Marcomms functions.
- Post, edit and archive pages and documents across the platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical requirements of our Digital Workplace tools including Sharepoint, Atlas, Viva Engage and others.
- Measure and assess site activities, reporting on outcomes and impact.
What you'll bring:
- Exceptional spoken and written American-English skills required.
- Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years of marketing, sales enablement or content experience.
- Analytical thinker with a natural curiosity and ability to map strategy to tactics.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-starter who excels at working across multiple projects with strong ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
- Willingness to regularly shift working hours to meet with global marketing team members in Evanston, Ill. US and Gurgaon.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Sharepoint.
- Experience working with content management systems and content collaboration platforms, especially SharePoint and/or Atlas preferred.
- Developing stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with data and data tools to manipulate, analyze and interpret marketing data and outcome measures
- A strong desire for using data to continuously improve experiences.

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
