  • Design and coordinate regional and partner events, focusing on engaging prospective customers, from initial planning to post-event follow-up, with a strong emphasis on content creation.

  • Implement a structured process for collecting, sharing, and prioritizing insights with the corporate marketing team to optimize messaging, programs, and tactics.

  • Collaborate with key channel partners to create joint marketing programs that open up opportunities within their customer base.

  • Manage and monitor your field and partner marketing budget, assessing results and using insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Field Marketing leadership on strategic marketing initiatives and projects.

  • Maintain an up-to-date Field Marketing events calendar and support projects that enhance team efficiency.

  • Foster strong collaboration with sales and marketing leaders, team members, and alliance partners to achieve mutual goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B field or partner marketing (experience in cloud services or security technology for mid-market customers is a plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing strategies.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales leaders and teams.

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and related tools to update campaigns and measure success.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple territory plans.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to create compelling, clear, and error-free marketing materials.

  • Self-starter with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  • Fluency in both German and English.
