Your role in our future
 

Join our team as a Regional Marketing Manager and drive regional marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. You will collaborate closely with global campaign teams, regional sales, and cross-functional partners to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and elevate our market presence through tailored marketing initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of regional marketing plans aligned with sales objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams, channel marketing, and sales.
  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key accounts, collaborating with sales to customize campaigns and optimize ROI.
  • Manage regional marketing campaigns including events, webinars, and local outreach activities, ensuring timely execution within budget.
  • Partner with sales to support pipeline growth and revenue targets through effective field marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and field events, managing logistics and vendor relationships.
  • Work in agile cross-functional teams to align regional activities with global campaign strategies and objectives.
  • Communicate campaign progress, results, and requirements to stakeholders effectively.


Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ABM or B2B marketing, focusing on regional or field marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple programs concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social media, online advertising).
  • Data-driven with analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate campaign strategies.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position has a salary range of:

$75,500.00 - $113,300.00

Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise.
