About the position
We are looking for a Field Marketing professional who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing programs that drive brand awareness and demand generation in key strategic regions. Working closely with sales teams, partners, and corporate marketing, the Field Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing customer and prospect-focused events, ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Main challenges

  • Responsible for organizing and executing both proprietary and sponsored events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, workshops, and experiential events aimed at increasing engagement with customers and prospects.
  • Manage the entire event marketing process, from concept to delivery, by selecting venues, vendors, and technologies. Develop timelines to ensure all stages—venue, transportation, setup, teardown, and service contracts—are completed on time, ensuring a high-quality experience for all attendees.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors, such as venue managers, event agencies, and technical support teams, ensuring quality service delivery, within budget, and in alignment with event requirements.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure that field marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals, helping to nurture qualified leads and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Oversee the full event budget, managing requisitions, vendor approvals, and payments in close collaboration with the finance department to ensure cost control.
  • Track and report the results of event activities using key metrics such as lead generation, pipeline created, and return on investment (ROI). Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and maximize post-event impact.
  • Assist with the launch of new products and solutions during events and regional campaigns, ensuring messaging is tailored to the local audience’s needs.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and event trends, developing new tactics, technologies, and innovative strategies to optimize field marketing programs and delight the target audience.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B field marketing, particularly within the information technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in planning and executing both online and offline events.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot, with a solid understanding of marketing automation tools and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of key marketing metrics and KPIs for demand generation, with the ability to use data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent communicator with creative thinking skills, capable of turning data-driven insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work under pressure.
