About the Role:
As a Junior Field Marketing Analyst (Analista de marketing), you will be part of our dynamic LATAM Marketing team to support the planning and execution of marketing activities in the region. This person will collaborate with a broad range of Planet stakeholders, including sales, customer success, creative resources, partners and vendors to deliver high-quality content-rich experiences that lead to engagement, pipeline acceleration and revenue growth for Planet. This role is ideal for individuals who bring enthusiasm, positive energy, persistence, and a desire to learn and ask questions.
This is a remote, full-time position based in São Paulo, Brazil. This is a temporary role with an expected duration of 9 months.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Assist in executing regional marketing programs in Latin America that will generate leads and build brand awareness in the region.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Partner Channel, and externally with regional customers & partners, to help organize and execute events and campaigns.
- Provide in-person event and webinar support, including pre-event preparation, account targeting, campaign creation, and post-event activities (e.g., attendee follow up and lead lists uploads)
- Support and drive the end-to-end content creation and translation process for events, communications, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing team to ensure programs are in line with the overall marketing strategy.
What You Bring:
- Interest in running webinars, events, digital campaigns, and marketing programs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in planning and research
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a dynamic, global, remote environment
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, the working language of the company
- Ability to work well on a team and on their own
- Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience using Google Drive, Marketo and Salesforce
- Working proficiency or fluency in Spanish
