The Role

Bloomerang is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented event marketing professional to join our team. As a Field & Events Manager, you will play a key part in executing impactful events that generate leads, strengthen customer relationships and support Bloomerang’s sales objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to plan and coordinate all aspects of events including logistics, budget management and post-event analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in event marketing and a data-driven mindset. What You Will Do

  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop and implement event strategies that align with overall department and lead generation goals.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including trade shows, conferences, workshops, seminars, and receptions.
  • Manage event budgets, procurement of materials (displays, signage, collateral, swag), and shipping logistics.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and gather post-event feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time for onsite event support, including setup and teardown.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive attendee registration and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
  • Partner with the RevOps team to track key event metrics in Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Provide regular reports on event performance, evaluate ROI, and recommend program improvements.
  • Utilize project management tools to track tasks and dependencies.
  • Coordinate event-related invoicing and payments with finance.


What You Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years of event marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion).
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.


Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Nonprofit experience.
  • Certification in event planning or management.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $107,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
