Job Summary
Exabeam is seeking a dynamic, experienced Field Event Marketing Coordinator to drive event planning in a designated Americas Market, i.e., Canada, US or LATAM markets. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Field Event and Channel Marketing will own the company's overall event strategy, event production, logistics, budget management, vendor management, and promotional plan for relevant regions.
Success will require close partnership with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events that engage prospects, deliver new opportunities, and accelerate existing pipeline. The successful candidate will work with their regions to define the Marketing plan that is consistent with corporate, sales and marketing priorities and initiatives. The position will be located at Exabeam HQ in Broomfield. This position will require travel - Approximately 15%.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for field marketing events that align with corporate, sales, and marketing priorities and initiatives.
- Drive vendor management, venues, shipping, event booth or display builds, attendee traffic, engagement activities, and other logistics for assigned regions, including trade shows, regional user groups, field and Exabeam hosted road-show events.
- Manage assigned event budgets, contracts, PO's and invoices ensuring tight control of expenses.
- Guide creative and promotional approach, including event design, pre-and post-show promotion, giveaways, and event-related materials to drive demand gen activity and achieve measurable results.
- Manage post-event follow-up to include list uploads, event attribution and lead hand-off to Account Development Team. Review and provide analysis of event ROI.
- Establish event success criteria and objectives. Evaluate results against KPIs to ensure return on investment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant event experience supporting field sales and executing large tradeshows.
- Proven operational excellence with managing vendors, facilities, shipping, booth builds, booth traffic engagement activities, and other event logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple events simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver event deliverables on schedule.
- Solid project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last-minute changes.
- Experience managing multiple budgets and staying within allocated budget.
- Trade show experience required.
- Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills.
- Additional Requirements:
- Willing and able to travel as required- approximately 10% - 20%
- Salesforce.com knowledge, preferred
- Spanish speaking - is a bonus, but not required

The annual starting salary for this position is between $70K -$100K annually depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
